I have purchased glasses online for years from another company. They no longer could do frames I needed in bifocal (for what ever reason). I looked at other sites and found them confusing! Your site was easy to navigate & order exactly what I wanted. Glasses arrived very promptly and are perfect! Can't thank you enough, I'll be ordering from you again. 😊

I ordered a pair of glasses and did not…

I ordered a pair of glasses and did not get the reading part just distance. They refunded me points towards a new pair. I just had to pay the difference and shipping. I’m happy with my order and got to keep the distance glasses for driving. Win win. Plus they have great prices for the glasses you get. Long time customer.

Nice glasses

Nice glasses, quality lenses, the only downside was I had to take them to a local glasses store to have them fitted properly. Local store took care of it, but wasn't happy that I bought them elsewhere. When I told them what I paid for 2 pairs of glasses, they shook their head in disbelief.

Love my new glasses and sunglasses

Love my new glasses and sunglasses. My only issue was that I paid almost $25 for fast delivery as I needed them for a trip and they didn't come in in time. Overall the selections and ordering process was very easy.

I got the clubmaster eyeglasses with…

I got the clubmaster eyeglasses with clip on magnetic sunglasses. They shipped fairly quickly. Glasses are EXTREMELY nice for the price and look awesome. Very solid feeling.

The sunglasses look great too, and are darker than competitors. If I had one critique, the magnetic clip ons. They look good. But I'd recommend a small clip for the bottom as well. They kind of swing a bit. And if it's real windy, I'd fear them flying off. But we'll see. Overall. I dig.

Complete lack of customer service

Complete lack of customer service. Expect to wait 20-30 minutes for someone to answer the phone - and then, you will be confronted with a nasty, rude representative. They evidently screwed up my bi-focal order. The reading glass part is not what I ordered. I can't read anything with them. Will follow-up on how the return works. I do not have high hopes. I'm on hold now 25 minutes - and just now, I get a message saying they are busy and that I should leave a message!!! They make you wait 25 minutes so that they can tell you to leave a message. You'd be insane to buy from this scam of a place.

Because of Covid, I paid $25 for expedited shipping. Unbelievably I received a tracking shipping number in the morning and received my glasses that night!

Bought 2 pairs of glasses early this year, Less than 1 year 1 is broken and the other pair? coating already useless. 4097470151 Two months no answer

This company offers horrible customer support. There are many more companies out there who actually provide customer service. Their return policy is deceiving. The return policy is misleading first stating 90 days then telling you to read below. Now it is only 14 days and only 50%.
